My parents open a trust account with this mortuary in 1969. They purchased several plots and paid in advance for headstones, caskets, Crips and services. When I went to go bury my father there a few years back they told me that my trust fund did not exist. Even though I had the paperwork, they could not tell me where the money was. Thank GOD we will Never have a need to deal with these Heartless, dolts EVER again. My Amazing Mom left us a few days ago and made it Crystal clear that she wanted to be cremated. I also just got home from the Memorial Day program at LB Forest Lawn. My take on it is a bit different from Roberto Uranga's. ...very nice program; we go every year. Did any of you attend? Our 7th District City Councilman Roberto Uranga was on the stage but did not participate. The funny thing is that on the program next to the Presidential Proclamation, Councilman Uranga's name was printed as the presenter but had been covered over with a white label. It's shameful that one has to keep calling the administration because of the conditions of the grounds for lack of water and working sprinklers. They have a grounds crew that should be on top of this but they are not. The grass is dieing or dead in many areas.
