HE HELPED ME FIND WHAT I WANTED. DIDN'T BEAT AROUND THE BUSH. GOT ME THE APARTMENT I WAS LOOKING FOR WITH THE VIEWS AND THE AREA I WAS LOOKING TO BE. DID ALL THE FOLLOW UP WORK TO MAKE SURE I WAS TRULY HAPPY WITH WHAT I GOT.
Bryan responded to my rental inquiry almost immediately, and was available to show me the listing the following day. While speaking with him on the phone, he took the information I gave him regarding what I was looking for, and he immediately thought of several other recommendations/listings that met our requirements. He was courteous, personable and professional. He knew the properties well, and was very well received by everyone working at the properties he was showing. Will definitely recommend his services.

Bryan has excellent knowledge of the real estate market in the Broward area. He showed us exactly what we asked for and didn't try to push us on anything we didn't want or was out of our price range. Bryan was great to work with and extremely knowledgeable of the area we were looking at. We didn't have much time to look for a place and needed to move within the month. He was quick to respond to emails and very friendly. The place we found was one of the listings he'd recommended and we cannot wait to move into our new home.
