Bryan is great to deal with. His enthusiasm shines through and he helped us through the sometimes complicated process of home buying. I felt he always had our needs at heart and was not just looking for an 'easy sale'. Bryan hustled to earn our business and he also uses technology to his advantage with great listings and internet marketing skills. Bryan is someone I can count on and we'll use him again in the future.

Working with Bryan was a great experience… He's got a great personality, very optimistic , and it was very easy to communicate with. My house had been on the market for a year with two different realtors, my first realtor was green and totally clueless. her ideas and suggestions cost me thousands and was a total disaster. my second realtor brought a lot of people in, but no offers were made. after each of their six month contracts expired, i took my time and that's when i struck gold. This was the first house I have ever attempted to sell and Bryan made the process easy and understandable. He took the time to explain the process and answered every question promptly, and if he didn't know the answer he found someone who did.

We are out of state owners. We have owned this property for several years and when the tenants decided to move we decided to sell. We could not have done this with out Bryan and his excellent support crew. Selling long distance has unique challenges and Bryan made it come together. Bryan was excellent. He was always available and supportive. We were buying our second home and had questions about the exact location, He gave us clear and honest advice to choose the most fitting place for our family. Bryan was fantastic from start to finish! He made the home selling/buying process very easy and provided great guidance. He was always available to answer any questions and kept us informed each step of the way. With Bryan’s great negotiation skills, we were able to sell our home above asking price. He sold my home in 3 days. Couldn't have asked for more. Calls & emails answered right away. Any questions answered immediately or if he did not know he researched the question and got right back to me.
