All went well..however 2 ladies were just sitting and talking but did not acknowledge me or anyone else when we walked in. I had to go to them to purchase my items. They initially wanted to send me to another register but no one there do one of the ladies finally got up to help.

I purchased all of my outdoor furniture from Fortunoff Backyard. Joy Feldman it THE BEST! She took amazing care of me, spent her time, hours, LOL helping me decide which pieces to select for my bar, dining, lounge and pergola. She gave great advice and seemed more like a friend shopping with me as opposed to a salesperson. I then called back for covers for the winter season, and true Joy, she took care of me on that end, as well. So now my beautiful furniture is covered and protected until next spring. Jay was super helpful. He helped us pick out the perfect table set for our back yard. He was very attentative but not aggressive at all. He was very knowageable in all the city of merchandise which made it easy to pick the best set possible for our family.
