We were greeted by our salesman who immediately gave us a positive feeling. Knowledgeable on store merchandise. Told our salesman what I was looking to see. Show me and purchased without hesitation. My husband and I visited the Fortunoff Backyard Store in Westbury. We started our search here as we purchased our last patio set 25 Yrs ago. It was well taken care of, and we gave it to our son as he had just bought a new home. We, looking through winter and wasnt Happy with the selection much less the prices. So we decided to go to Fortunoff. Sales person very attentive and asked if I needed help finding anything . Also helped me get info about replacement curtains for my gazebo that I purchased in the past by checking on my purchase . Above and beyond
Purchased a Christmas tree last year in January. Took it out of the box, set it up, and it did not light. Brought it back to the store today. Received a credit and purchased another one. Staff was very helpful. Thank you for fortunoffs tried and true excellent customer service.
