I can’t begin to describe the exceptional help we got from Lee and her staff. We purchased our furniture last year but still needed a patio table set. Lee was so patient and helpful. I could not decide what I wanted. She helped us pick the set and chair cushions. She recommended swivel chairs for the ends of the table. We ended up also getting a great serving cart, which we had no intentions of getting. Can not rave enough about this location and the staff

My wife and I were shopping for a sofa and chairs for our patio. This was our first stop of the this rainy day. We were greeted as soon as we entered the store. Our salesman, Kevin was very personable. We had a specific style in mind. He took his time with us, answering our questions and providing measurements when we asked. In the end we found exactly what we were looking for with no other stops necessary. Delivery in one week! Everyone at the store was very friendly and helpful.

We had purchase Fortunoff Furniture about 20 years ago and we still have our sets to this day. We are extremely satisfied with our sets. The quality is outstanding. We had a great experience buying our new sitting area set. Tom and his manager Lee were very helpful and very accommodating. I would recommend Fortunoff to anyone!

Had a positive experience working with Dan and Lee. They were very responsive to our requests for pricing on various table, chair, and umbrella options. We bought during a floor sale, so we were able to get favorable pricing. We know the quality is excellent as we bought a set there 15 years ago and it is still in great shape.

Lee and Dan were very helpful and patient. The cost of the furniture is not cheap BUT the quality and comfort is beautiful! (emphasis on comfort) You really get what you pay for. I've sat in other outdoor furniture at other stores and it just does not compare. We ended up buying 2 sets, instead of one. I am so happy we did! We are spending so much time relaxing in our new outdoor space. I highly recommend. Lee is very attentive to your needs.
