We experienced excellent service from Elise and also Riley. Our main contact was Elise who took the time to show us all of our options both in the store and online; she was patient, knowledgeable, efficient and helpful in our making our final selections. great prices and great customer service by Elise and her assistant ! I called the day before I went into the store and Elise spent a long time on the phone with me answering all my questions. She did further research for me and also emailed me quotes. Then when I went into the store. the service was outstanding. Above and beyond. I will return to buy more!
Great customer service does still exist! I called in today to see if an item was in stock in the store that is a few states away. When most stores would have just said ‘no, sorry we don’t have it’ Elise went above and beyond to put together a quote for me and offer to have the items delivered. She followed up with me every step of the way when she said she would with email and phone and was beyond pleasant. Our experience was flawless! They gave us a great deal and had a lot of patience with us. Elise and Devin took the time to make sure we bought the right outdoor furniture for our space. I thought Devine and Elise were so welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful, just very wonderful to be in both of their presence,it’s so great to still find a store that truly does everything to satisfy a customer. It’s Very hard to find these days no one seems to care anymore. They both went above and beyond and I purchased two beautiful Christmas trees and I will be back! Excellent service ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ .
