I went to six outdoor furniture stores before I got to Fortunoff, and it was an absolutely stellar experience. They were friendly, not pushy, and Deb the store manager took her time to take me through all of the measurements for several patio set options and gave me detailed and transparent pricing. Delighted with the selection and not having to wait weeks for delivery was a definite plus.
Deb was very helpful. My husband and I were very pleased with the service. We went on a sale weekend and took advantage of the free local delivery and free assembly. Very important to sit on each piece of furniture because seat depths vary from piece to piece even within the same model collection. Prices were lower than expected. Overall very happy with this store so far!
Kelly was wonderful! She explained everything and had a lot of patience. Kelly went over all colors that were available and also explained the difference between the 2 vents and one vent on the umbrella! It was a nice experience meeting Kelly.. we love the umbrella !! Thank you, Kelly
Great selection of outdoor furniture. Employee Tom was extremely helpful and courteous in assisting us with our purchase. It has been a long time since we shopped at Fortunoff Backyard Store and both my wife and I were pleasantly surprised. Will be back sooner rather than later.
I found myself needing 4 chairs to replace some old, rusty steel ones that failed yesterday after just 5 years. They were Not from Fortunoff, so i was surprised that they lasted this long. I have had to paint them three times. But note: they were so rusty around the feet that they stained my patio, so they made their way down stairs and into the hidden reaches of my back yard.
