Josette took the time to talk with me about what I was looking for, came up with a few options and gave me time to make my decision. Delivery was on schedule and the furniture now looks great out on my deck. Overall, it was a great experience.

This is my third order with Fortunoff for outdoor furniture and all three times I have dealt with Josette Minniti and she was wonderful. She is always there to help with anything from simple questions to detailed specifications and delivery always shows up on time. I will be continuing my business with Fortunoff in Stamford CT and Josette for years to come

Great experience! Dawn helped us out and she was fantastic! She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. She gave us time to figure out what we wanted, just checking in occasionally and answering questions. Some stores have overly bearing staff who pressure you into making decisions and this was the opposite. So refreshing! Loved our shopping experience. Highly recommend

Dawn was extremely friendly and helpful. She understood what I was looking for and put together something that’s I’m happy with. Dawn Grenier was absolutely phenomenal!! She helped us with our every need and made our purchase so easy. She was so sweet and pleasant, it was absolutely fabulous dealing with her! I will absolutely go back to her when we need to purchase something else. I wish everyone was like her it would make shopping a pleasure.

I live in the Boston area and was looking for a quality cast aluminum patio set.I contacted the Stamford store and spoke to Jossete. Because of the distance i did every thing with their website and speaking to Josette on the phone.I made a lot of calls over a two week period.I spoke only to her.Each time we spoke she was extremely courteous,professional,,patient with each call I made. She knew the product and the inventory..I wish I could give more than 5 stars.I would highly recommend this company and of course...Josette
