Every time I had any issues the management team has been as helpful and as open-minded as it gets. Maintenance solves any issues within a day or two. Athletic amenities are great: having a basketball court on site is a huge advantage (well, at least for me); the gym has a variety of machines. The pool area is extremely nice with a lot of social events taking place basically every week. Without a doubt, rightfully considered the best apartment complex in Tallahassee. Would definitely recommend at least checking it out.
