We've been going to Forum for several years since they opened thier Mill Creek office. Dr. LaMarche and Lena are fantastic and thier staff members are wonderful. They take care of us like family.
I've been coming here for a year and a half after a recommendation from one of my friends. Great dentist and staff! They are very thorough and friendly and have reasonable prices.
