I applied for a loan with Forward they had me sign a contract then they did not fund I applied else where and the other place said I have a loan with Forward that's not true "
They charged me $499 maintenance fee on a 5000 loan. I asked them to stop payments for a week and ***** ask me to zelle him 1000 to his account and keeps telling me how he helped me by stopping payments. 1000 is exactly 5 payments so im wondering just how did he help me? They also filed a *** against me that i cant get removed. I consider them a necessary Evil!This is our second go round with Forward Financing. We were satisfied with the package we finally got but not with the way the fee's were slipped in at the end.I was told a number we would have for "Cash in ****" but ended up not getting that number as they took fee's out of that number first. The other issue I have with ** is that they don't provide an Amortization Table, which drives my *** crazy, but instead call it a fee for providing funds. Tried to make a settlement offer for my company and was refused but keep insisting on me providing bank statements which I feel is not needed for a settlement either agree on an offer or not, if i have money in the bank or not will not change the acceptance of my offer. I feel the company can do reasonable settlement offers without bank statements because they know the absorbent amount of fees they charge and what they are willing and not willing to do based on your balance. Stay away from this company! Even during a global pandemic that forced my business to close and now has dealt with looting from the protesters, this company is NOT willing to work with me. I offered the last of my savings to settle the account because I wont be able to return to work and may have to leave the state to move with family. Failed to live up to their legal obligations after agreeing to them in a settlement. Our company had a dispute about their original interpretation of our contract, it settled two years ago in federal court with a stipulation that they remove the UCC-1 filling they had made. Our company paid them off as agreed in our settlement and they failed to do so. Forward Financing is clearly under the impression that legal agreements go only one way and cannot be trusted. Taking out an advance with Forward Financing has been a nightmare. They repeatedly ran the wrong account number for withdrawals and charged me fees, they ran my account unpredictably from Monday to Friday so I never knew for sure when the account would be drafted. At one point, after running the wrong account number they threatened to assess me $2500 for closing the account. Worst mistake I ever made was getting an advance from them. This place is so poorly ran. No customer service. Ask for a pause, they just keep billing even if they agree to stopping. They never know whats going on when you call in. Avoid this place at all cost. Your better off going out of business then taking money from these guys.
