Lady I spoke with was polite on the phone, I applied from a letter received in the mail, scanned the ** code ..only to disclose personal information and was told they can not fund me at this time with paying off personal loans, car loans, credit card debt or funding for relocatng..moving to another home. Pretty disappointed.

Warning, this company is terrible. Very high pressured associates. When one can't talked you into their program, they will bring in a more experienced high pressure associate and so forth. Once I realized I didn't want to deal with this company, what was supposed to be an easy cancelation was very difficult. After they realized how upset I was, they still kept pushing.

Got a letter that I was approved. That was a lie. Called them and started getting the run around about how I cant get the loan they offered but they can do something else that I dont want. When I said that the guy on the phone got angry. They definitely felt like a predatory company trying to force people to take their deal. A different one then the one that was offered.

I called regarding loan eligibility and was assisted by someone named *******. Unfortunately, the experience was highly unprofessionalhe became combative and rude when it appeared I might not qualify, repeatedly speaking over me and making inappropriate accusations. I remained polite throughout, but the interaction felt rushed and suspicious. If Forward Funding treats customers this way, its both shameful and unacceptable.

Sent me an invitation by mail to apply for a consolidation loan. Apparently they had looked at my personal information before I applied so I assumed I would qualify for their offer. On Friday, February 7, I first set an appointment for a phone interview meeting - after scanning their code on their invitation. The interview was supposed to be on Saturday - February 8 at 8am. They send out "pre approved letters" then try and tell you that you do not qualify for that and then try to talk you into their debt management program that will ruin your credit. This is a scam and should not be legal. I have a really good credit score and a huge monthly income and they still told me I could not qualify. They are not really a loan consolidation company. They are a debt relief company using bait and switch tactic.
