The website was easy to understand. When I talked with Josh afterwards, he was easy to work with and quickly resolved my questions.
Easy to work with, however, I wish they had a local agent instead of just a phone contact with people who have never been to the site.

Fast response great customer service and was able to do entire transaction online or by phone!
Everything went fine until got to storage unit.the locking mechanism didn't work and there was no padlock on it.it took me 3 calls to talk to service.had to change storage units. It was time consuming was disappointed.
Luis was very respectful and responsive to my need for an RV space. He found me one and then talked me thru the rental and entry code process. He is a a great employee and job and
I was helping in all aspects of filling in my online documents. Which is a hard thing for me to do. Thank you!
