Mark and his crews were very easy to work with. I don't say that very often in the construction industry. We communicated on everything and I was kept informed every step of the way. The quality and design of our swimming pool far exceeded any of his competitors. I would and have recommended Fossil Creek Pools to several people. After several bids, we decided to go with Fossil Creek Pools because they didnt treat us like a number but a well respected client. They offered way more bang for the buck! Weather permiting, the guys were always there when they said they would be. The best part was an unexpected water leak in our concrete which may have been our fault. We did a lot of research before chosing Fossil Creek Pools. We talked to several other pool builders, suppliers, contractors and more especially customers of his and other companies. We chose Mark because he listened and followed through detail by detail in contract, by schedules, by specifics onsite. He faced difficulties that could not have been seen and solved problems. He did everything he said he was going to do. We could not have asked for more. Fossil Creek Pools is quality all the way.

Our family had a special request. We needed to have a pool built that was ADA accessible. Mark had not done such a project prior to ours, but was diligent about educating himself on what the specific codes were and went above and beyond to make our swimming pool both a recreational area for our family, while meeting our daughters needs. Fossil Creek Pools (FCP) is unlike any other pool builder. They are a local family business and the owners actually manage the project. Mark and Kathy Brander (owners) visited our home and met with us for quite some time so they could understand our lifestyle, the setting of the pool, it's surroundings (e.g. view), and what we wanted in a custom pool. Mark Brandner, owner of Fossil Creek Pools, was my pool builder. He was the best contractor I have ever dealt with. Mark executed the project in a superior way from design to completion. We worked with Fossil Creek to create the most beautiful pool and spa! It was important to our setting that the pool and spa be very natural in appearance - and Mark worked with us to use boulders, moss rocks, and flagstone, along with a dark teal tile to create a truly beautiful pool! We have an elevated spa (long enough to float on our backs!), margarita table (with a flagstone table, umbrella, & tiled seating), and a swim jet - simply wonderful!
