The experience was very good. The ladies in the office kept us informed of the schedule and any weather related changes. The crews were all cheerful and friendly, willing to explain what was happening. They left the yard and patio clean each day. All in all a wonderful experience

They came when scheduled and very shortly got the heated going. Would not charge as the job was simple. Unheard of!!!!

It was amazing. I have lived in Florida for 34 years. Never have I called a company who came out when they said they would (the very next day), gave me a written estimate (which they stuck by) and completed the job when they said they would for the price they quoted which was much less than I expected. I will definitely recommend them and use them again any time I need pool work done. The...

Project took much longer than quoted. Salesman promised daily contact with the owner, and supervision which was sketchy at best. This lack resulted in work which needed to be corrected. Company did remedy the situation, but owners should expect to be hands-on, take pictures, and keep in constant contact with the main office.
