Dr Harris, and his team, provide prompt friendly customer service for their patients. They understand individual needs, work to find solutions that work for their particular needs. I always leave their office knowing I have had the best care and advise.
Why do I continue to travel all the way downtown -- fighting traffic, paying parking, and taking much more time out of my busy day -- to visit this dental office 2x/year when I haven't worked downtown for 18 years?! Simply because I feel comfortable with Drs. Meyer & Harris and each hygienists who has done my cleaning has been skilled & personable. The office is bright and cheery and everyone genuinely seems to enjoy being part of this group of professionals. I feel well cared for and somehow that is worth the sacrifice.
I want to thank Dr. Harris and Kathy for being so professional and friendly during my dental check-up this week. I have always been afraid of going to the dentists because of the unfriendly environment. You guys exceeded my expectations and I am really happy that I chose you. I also want to add that you are so knowledgable about your field that I got so impressed! Thank you so much and I will make sure to spread the word how you guys are the best in Cincinnati!
Everything is always excellent. I especially like the new dental hygenist why I can't remember her name she made sure that I was aware of what she was doing and what the numbers she was calling off meant i.e. low number better than getting high number.She made me aware of the area I needed to spend more time on. She explained what type of instrument she was using and what the expectations of using this instrument was.
I've been seeing Dr Harris for well over 10 years and have always received excellent care. Both he and his hygienists show genuine concern about my overall health and well-being every time I come to the office. They answer my questions thoroughly and take care to describe treatment options available to me so I can make responsible decisions about my dental care.
This office is always prompt when it comes to appointment times. The people at reception are always very friendly. The dentists are professional and will spend plenty of time with you. Highly recommended.
