High qualitiy and very caring They really care about the whole health of their patients, not just the dental portion. Dr. Harris is the best dentist I've ever been too.
one's best interests are a priority As I am accustomed to, there was no having to wait around in the waiting room once I arrived for my cleaning. Everyone working there was prompt in getting down to business, and having a pleasant time of it, and they always tell you what's going on in your mouth whether you want to hear it or not, but know you should. I always refer people to your office if I hear someone mention needing a dentist and not knowing which way to turn. Thank you, everyone!

Good, caring people They seem to assign the same hygienist to me every time. After my last hygienist moved on (who I really liked), I was nervous about who I would get next. I need not have worried, though... Trish is very positive and funny. She provides feedback without being "preachy" about my not-so-stellar flossing habits. And Dr. Harris has always been kind and personable. Working downtown, the convenient location and timeliness are great benefits to me, as well.
Offer suggestions, but no high pressure for things which are only cosmetic in nature The office is quick to tell you what is a must vs items which may be helpful, but don't necessarily need to be done right away. I greatly appreciate this as some offices high pressure you into expensive unnecessary cosmetic procedures. Dental technician is gentle yet thorough. Great overall experience.
Always professional, prompt and also caring! Today I was in for my check up and as ALWAYS they were professional, prompt and caring. This allows me to get my check ups done during the business day so I never miss scheduling it. I would double the 5 stars to 10 stars for the consistent excellence!
