I lived here for over a year & I when I tell you horrible in sooo many aspects… Upon move in our apartment had an ant issue. The apartments come with no washer/dryer even though when they give you the tour they say they do. We also had a flea issue & we had zero pets. The management team is lazy & horrible. They offer no help or couldn’t care less about your issues. Both of the women in there are snobby, argumentative, and dismissive. They hardly do their jobs & they have rude attitudes. I ask the Staff if it was possible to change our carpet floor to wood floor and it happened!! They did a great Job, this is out third year living in here and we love it! We have live in a lot of complex like this style and we never experienced so much attention and care like here at the Fountains!
I had a wonderful experience with the leasing team at fountains Chatham parkway apartments . Catrina, the manager, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Shelby, our leasing agent, was friendly and patient, showing me the perfect options. Dylan, from maintenance, was prompt and efficient in resolving issues. Thank you all for your excellent service! The Leasing Office staff were awesome. They were understanding of my request for an apartment change and didn’t hesitate in accommodating that change. Aside from that, I experienced no issues with move-in. The apartment was as I expected. I’m loving it and glad I chose this complex.
I stayed here 2020-2021. The community is nice compared to others in the area, but not the best. The wooded area in front of my door was always covered in trash and even the landscapers never cleaned it. Lots of issues with the front gate. Some neighbors were inconsiderate when it came to parking. My apartment was dirty upon moving in. And they took over half of my deposit for a large cleaning fee, a drip pan That wasn’t damaged, and wall damage that was there upon moving in. I do not recommend this place to any friends.
