The entire staff is extremely professional and they take the time needed to explain every step taken to insure my new dentures are a perfect fit. In my 74 years this is undoubtedly the very best experience I have ever had in a Dentist office. Thank you for your professionalism and caring about your patience.
Fountains Dental Care is by far the most professional, supportive and patient-centered practice I’ve been to. I’m one of those patients who do not like going to the dentist, but feel comfortable and confident in their conservative approach. It's not like some of the practices that push all the cosmetic products and services. The doctor listens to what I say and respects my opinions. As does the dental hygienist, who is very gentle and accommodating. I highly recommend Fountains Dental Care.
This was my first visit with this team and everyone was so helpful, caring, patient, considerate, and knowledgeable. From Asia at the from desk who got me an appointment the next day, to Yolanda who was so gentle doing my x-rays, Kim was so good at my cleaning, and the dentist, Nick Mellon, DMD was so thorough and explained everything in detail and made me feel valued. Fountain Dental is an answer to our prayers, exactly what we’ve been looking for since we moved here two years ago. The front staff is efficient, helpful, very knowledgable and so kind! The Hygienists are wonderful, gentle, encouraging, and also very kind! Dr Mellum is trustworthy, efficient, encouraging, thoughtful and again so kind. The facility is very nice, accommodating and comfortable. We feel confident we will get excellent care and not be treated like two old people!
Today was my first visit due to jaw pain and I'm so glad my husband made the visit for me (I kept putting it off). The staff were friendly and Yolanda was wonderful and compassionate as she gently took X-rays, scans, etc knowing I was in pain through the process. Dr. Mellum was patient and clear in explaining my problem and the solutions to solve it, and twice asked me if I had any questions. I am confident that I'm in very capable, carrying hands with this office and look forward to being pain free!
