My sister and I celebrated my birthday with dinner at Four Cornered, and it was a wonderful experience. Kristen took excellent care of us and made sure everything was perfect. David and Kristen were kind enough to stop by our table and personally deliver my “Terre” Misu, which was such a thoughtful touch. My steak was cooked to perfection, and every dish was beautifully seasoned. The atmosphere was quiet, clean, and welcoming, making the evening even more enjoyable.

We were apprehensive about the quality of the food but to our amazement the food quality and presentation was on par with St Elmos Steak House. First off, our waiter was very professional and knowledgeable about the menu items. Table bread and butter was a nice surprise. Bread was fresh and served warm with 2 types of sweet butter. The food and atmosphere are excellent, but the service team really brings everything together for a memorable experience!
My husband had the crab cakes. You get 2 and he said they were very meaty and excellent tasting. He could only eat one as they were very thick. I had the salmon which was prepared just the way I requested and such a big piece could only eat half. For the price, there is a lot of food. The service was excellent. Heather was our server. She never let our glass get empty and checked back several times making sure all was ok even though she had several other tables. We watched her keeping up with all her tables.
The food was very good overall. My only complaint about the meal was that the steak, while flavorful, was a bit dry. My biggest issue, however, was with the seating. We were placed at a table where one person sat on the booth side and the other in a chair. The tables were quite close to other guests, and the table itself was long, which made me feel far away from my partner. My husband's steak was quite good. My order of salmon was tasty and the presentation was lovely, but it could have been warmer. Our waiter was very pleasant, but given that there were almost no others there, he could have been more attentive. The creme brulee desert was delicious.
If you want a great steak and awesome service, this is the place. I ordered a ribeye, medium, and it was melt in your mouth tender and delicious. I will definitely be back!
Steak and Seafood linguine were good. Wedge is unique in that all toppings were on plate with lettuce on top. Ok but not traditional. Cab was good. Service was good.
