4Seasons has been a tradition in Regina since 1977. Peter Yannitsos and 4 partners opened Four Seasons Palace Caterers and Restaurant. In 1979 they expanded the Restaurant and in 1998, Peter’s son George was brought into the business as the only original partner, George Diamond, retired. I went to 4Seasons for my dad’s birthday. After calling multiple other restaurants, I called 4Seasons and was able to connect to the kitchen manager Chef George directly. He assured me that they had a full gluten free menu, which I don’t believe anywhere else has in this city. He was friendly and caring and our waitress was great. He even gave me a sample of the gluten free dry ribs and I’ll be back for sure soon! My new favourite place in town and also family friendly!
I have been a customer for several years now and I have a couple of experiences with whomever I was speaking with on the phone to about getting food delivered to my home. During the day, the day staff on the phone are pleasant, a joy to interact with and the drivers are friendly. I've been basically a shut in because of my health (not contiguous) but when I have called, usually early evening, once the young lady asked if they could deliver to my address and they said yes. Food is good but beware of the native waitress she likes to slam stuff down and give real bad attitude and then starts an argument about her service when no one said anything from the start wasn’t busy either so she has some more training to do to make it a better atmosphere.
Lots of lipstick at this place. It should be a motel not a hotel. 1. Rooms have been refurbished to be aesthetically please but it’s a lot of lipstick, would expect this from Sheraton. 2. My room did not have a working deadbolt lock. I was given a tutorial on to push pull and then lock by maintenance. Don’t feel safe. 3. Tried to order room service and they said they don’t offer that service. Great food and friendlyservice. We always order the Rib platter, the portions are incredible.
