This place was one of my favorites, even tho I normally wait an additional 25-30 minutes after the timeframe for my order after already paying over the phone. UNTIL my order that I’ve ordered over 10 times was different from the previous orders. I called and talked to the manager on duty & she advised the sauce flavor is the same and hadn’t changed. This was the worse experience I have ever had dealing with mismanagement by a business. We ordered and paid 60 whole wings on Friday, 2/5/21, to be picked up on Super Bowl Sunday, 2/7/21 at 5:15 pm. We arrived exactly at 5:15 pm. One of the customers communicated that it was disorientation and we would be waiting on our wings. After 7 minutes waiting for help from an employee, she communicated it would be 10-15 minutes for our orders to come out.
