So I make an appointment for 9:00 and at 9:54 my boyfriend is still waiting to get the dog in for his annual shots. Why do you overbook? We both work full time and our time is valuable as well. Or if you had an emergency come in, let the people who are waiting know so they can either wait or reschedule. Common sense is needed.
After sitting in the waiting room for over an hour I left. My old cat doesn't do well sitting in her carrier for that long. The staff is nice but they need to do something about getting you in on your set appointment time. I'm going somewhere else
Obtain all estimates in writing! They required me to sign off on all service items that included estimates and then they find other items you didn't sign estimates for to sock the price to you during pickup. Dr. Fox was unprofessional when discussing the billing matter and was not helpful. It's too bad because Dr. Raatz rocks. #0Stars #BBB
