This vet hospital was a life saver! I was checking my dog into boarding at a local kennel when I realized he was just past the due date for shots. My mistake for not realizing sooner. It was a Sunday night and I was leaving the early the following morning and the kennel would not take my dog. THANKFULLY Fox Creek was OPEN and could get him in! It was such a relief. I've been to Fox Creek a few times for my dogs. The first time I needed a second opinion. I called and was scheduled the next day. The vet listened to my concerns, we discussed a treatment plan, and my dog improved quickly. I thought they were patient, they listened and cared. Everyone in the office was friendly. My dog had some health issues took a turn for the worse on Easter Sunday while driving from Chicago to St. Louis. The entire team led by Dr. O'Keefe stabilized my dog, so I could have some quiet time with her before putting her to sleep. Every staff member possesses a considerable amount of compassion and helped me during this difficult time. Amazing staff. They helped me on one of the hardest days of my life when I had to put my Crash down. They were so sweet and supportive.
I just want to thank the staff and Dr at Creek Veterinary Hospital In Manchester Mo. We had to euthanize our dear sweet girl Pepper our cat who we loved so much. They where so compassionate and and so loving at such a sad time. Thank you for making this difficult time so peaceful

I ended up at this vet hospital because my chihuahua was attacked by a pit-bull/lab mix. It's a little expensive, but what vet hospital isn't? The customer service was incredible. The way they cared for my dog and me as a person was incredible. My phone died during my visit, and they took my phone to the back where they charge their iPads and charged it for me while I was waiting. Dr. Nelson at the WILDWOOD location. AMAZING. My baby Waffles, had a seizure. We called at least 10 + vets on a Sunday- she was the only one willing to see us. Waffles has a fracture in his lower spine - originally when we took him in, back hine legs were immobile. Today we came to see him. WOW! The treatments and work they did just in 1 over night stay, he was already in such better shape! I ended up at Fox Creek after my dog decided to throw up some fabric. Soon after, he stopped eating and was extremely lethargic. I did not intend to travel 30 miles from my house to see a vet, but the local emergency hospital told me they did not have a doctor willing to do surgery (what?!) So, we made the trek! Unfortunately we will not be going to fox creek anymore after our experience and I urge you to go somewhere else. Our dog had an interesting case that involved stitches in his tail. After a few weeks we went in for a wellness check & for them to take his stitches out. Again... we thought everything was good. They charge for unnecessary things on the bill which was whatever.
