Let me tell you - this is one of the best veterinary clinics I’ve ever experienced in my life and throughout the many pets I’ve had over all the years! In a world where there are not nearly enough exotic veterinarians, Dr. Rice is an oasis in the desert. He is excellent with our beardies & really cares about them. He always does a very thorough exam no matter what they are being seen for. His bedside manner can't be beat. He is very compassionate and is always willing to explain anything. I hope he never leaves Fox Creek, but if he does, I hope he stays close so he can continue to care for our babies.
I was very happy with the service I received at Fox Creek Veterinary Hospital. My dog's veterinarian's office had just closed when my dog sustained an injurt to one of his dewclaws. I called up to Fox Creek and was told to bring my dog right in. After arriving, I was immediately taken to an exam room and the doctor came right in. There was no waiting! My Mia (Great Dane and Mastiff mix) age to 14 years 2months. Reached the end of her life. I had to make the call but wanted extra time. Not trying to schedule in between work and taking care of the kids. I wanted time with her. My vet told me that Fox Creek would be open and able to assist. I Thank you for you availability, your compassion, the help in comforting my big beautiful girl across the rainbow bridge. They were very kind and understand. I would recommend them to anyone.
Fox Creek is by far the best veterinarian experience I have had as well as my dogs, I’d highly recommend them to anyone! I have been taking my dogs to them for a few years now and will continue using their services for sure! A couple of my dogs are not always “easy” at the vet, and with the staff’s patience and ability to adjust to what makes the dog most comfortable makes all the difference in my dogs experience with going to the vet.
