The three lads that helped us move , were great. Worked hard, and it would have been impossible for us to have got it all done without them. So glad I decided to book the removal company rather than trying to do it all by ourselves.

Due to a mix up with our original removal company, we were without a removal company the day before moving. I contacted Fox and they were able to fit us in which was a huge relief. The organisation was superb, and on the day the guys were amazing. All of the removal team were courteous and hard working and though the day was stressful, the team helped alleviate that by the great job they did. Would highly recommend to anyone!

The whole process from initial enquiry through to delivery of storage items was fully explained and professional. The agent (James) kept me informed throughout the build up to completion of the licence arrangement. The locker that was demonstrated to me during my initial visit was reserved for me to use some 3 weeks later. Handling carts were available to help move my storage items to the locker. The Fox team was excellent throughout and I am very grateful.

The firm so helpful and efficient getting things organised with very short notice. All the packers and movers were in turn very efficient and good humoured. While they were remarkably quick they were also appropriately careful.

Fox moved us recently from Rhiwbina up to Church Village. Excellent from start to finish. So efficient and very patient after a long wait for keys. Both staff very polite and courteous. Went above and beyond. Would highly recommend.
