I was desperate for help. I had killed well over 100 stinging bees/wasps in my family room today and was desperate for help. Angelo arrived and quickly assessed where these critters were and took action. I am so thankful he answered my distress call so quickly. Thank you, Angelo for making room in your schedule.
From my first initial phone call to fox to every visit made to my house, Fox has been very professional and pleasant to work with. Luis, our service technician, has been very knowledgeable and friendly. He got rid of a potentially invasive bee problem with one application but came back a few days later to check anyway. I have recommended them to several people all ready and can’t say enough about their good work and very reasonable prices.
Luis Rodriguez came out to remove a massive bees nest we had. He was awesome - showed up with a smile and clearly loves his job. He noticed that my family was watching and he put on an awesome show for our young kids making them less nervous as they were concerned for him given the situation. He really made my entire family smile and his customer service was top notch.
I had a fantastic experience working with Jess M. She was incredibly efficient and handled everything promptly and thoroughly. What really stood out was how well she listened — she took the time to understand exactly what I needed and made sure every detail was addressed. Her customer service was exceptional from start to finish. You can tell she genuinely cares about doing a great job.
I had a great experience with Fox Pest Control, specifically with technician Garrett Wilson. He came out to take care of a wasp issue in my deck, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Garrett was on time, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what was attracting the wasps and what steps he would take to prevent a nest from forming.
