Horrible customer service! I had a bee issue and I paid the yearly fee to get rid of them. Called several days after and stated I still had an issue. I had to wait 30 minutes to speak to someone. They told me to call back in a week. I called back still with a horrible bee issue and waited for 30 minutes again to be sent to voicemail and told someone would call me back in 2-3 days. Unacceptable! I paid for a service and you cant even get them to make food by what their contract says.

Horrible! Have been trying to cancel services since the beginning of this year. Called twice and told them I wanted to cancel. Last call was in April and was told I would be charged for *** and it will be my last charge. They again charged me on 8.1.23 and when I called they said they had no record of me calling twice to cancel. They record these calls and said they would try to pull the call records. DO NOT book Fox whatever you do!! I have tried to cancel service three times and they came again today!! They are scam artists and every time they come we end up with over 10 wasps INSIDE our home! They keep calling and harassing me to continue service and EVERY time I say I want to cancel. Horrible communications. Can't reach on any telephone line. Technician has not shown at my house although I was billed for over 3 months work. Requested cancellation of my contract via phone and was assured that it would be cancelled without penalty as they could not prove if anyone did come to my home. I was just charged again for service. I have been charged 3 times in a month for services that were not properly done. I still have insects inside and out. I called and scheduled an appointment for today, 48 hours earlier. They requested the afternoon, I had someone scheduled to be at the house to let the technician in, only to receive a call today canceling my appointment. This company, for 4 months now, has been told repeatedly by numerous members of the household, that we no longer wish to use their services. We also had to cancel the credit card on file, due to them charging us for service even when we did not receive service. I have been harassed on a regular basis for a balance that doesnt exist, even when provided proof of payment. These people lied to me to try to get me to increase my service. They tried to upgrade me the day after my service started. They refused to cancel my service despite several calls and NEVER did a manager call back as promise. Stay away
