I have had Fox for about 3 years now and I have not experienced any problems with them at all I have not had any problems with any kind of bugs ants etc in my home I've called in between treatments for hive removals and they came right out and took care of it 2 summers ago I got the tick spray and after a couple of treatments their was a tick on my dog 2 separate times I called them and they let me cancel that part of my service with no problems at all this year they have new non toxic treatment for ticks fleas and mosquitoe... read more

EUDY is a first rate professional! Understands what it is to represent a company, did a thorough job, was very kind and sociable. This is what all your Reps should be like. Here's a tip for you FPC, give the man a raise! (He was the 3rd man in)

These dudes go above and beyond for the service. The tec knew exactly how to help my house. Honestly some of the nicest dudes I have ever worked with. Highly recommend them for carpenter ants and wasps.

Fox tech, Dominic was informative and professional. Hoping that the application he did to eliminate our problem works, but was reassured by him that Fox (he) would come out again (and again) if need be until problem is eliminated. Hope this is not necessary, but good to know. Just hope if a return is necessary that Fox sends Dominic out pronto instead of having to wait a week like what originally happened. We were having a HUGE wasp issue, they made a nest outside a door frame and tunneled their way into my kitchen! Kevin Hernandez was the Tech they sent out. He did such an amazing job and made sure he located and targeted all windows/potential nesting areas! He was very thorough and knowledgeable about this issue. I was nervous but he reassured us they would be back for a 2 week check up and make sure all is still good. Great value for getting rid of a pest like this!! We used them for taking care of our flying squirrel problem, birds nest and exclusion work. They are pretty expensive, which is frustrating but they do a good job. I had some communication issues and some bad customer service from one of the girls, but I understand that she's no longer with the company. Guys are great to work with!

Professional and pleasant service from initial phone call to service at home. Reps are prompt and present well. They are clearly informed about the job and very importantly communicate with other staff members so that everyone is always on the same page. So helpful. Office and tech reps are helpful, patient, kind and delightful to work with. Excellent !!
