Soliciting in a no soliciting neighborhood (***************). ******** failed to produce a valid permit or provide identification. When asked for his name, he simply replied "****". When asked for his boss name, he stuttered and gave multiple names. No company vehicle in sight. No personal vehicle in sight. When I called the company, receptionist was hesitant to let me speak with manager. When I spoke with manager he was completely inaudible on phone. Could not catch name. ************* with shady practices.

I just had a guy here about an hour ago. Told me he has been servicing my neighbor and will be in town tomorrow to do his service and was trying to get more families on their service. Told me the neighbor had signed a 4 year contract due to the instability of the economy. We discussed my issues and what service he could offer. I thought it was a bit pricey but it would be taken care of so I signed the two year contract. He left we ate dinner and my neighbor texted me about the man rudely banging on her door earlier. The ***resentative came to my home then proceeded with his pitch a little pushy but I took it as ambition. He then set all my expectations for what his company would do for me. My main concerns were the ants and mosquitoes. He had 2 separate plans the home protection plan inside and out and the outdoor enjoyment plan (mosquito, flea, tick). After walking throughout my lawn with him he said they would have no problem handling my concerns if I was willing to give him a chance. Do yourself a favor, DO NOT DO BUSINESS with FOX PEST CONTROL. When you want to cancel at the end of a 2 year contract, where I monthly PREPAID over 2 years $1700, their "system" requires I pay another $70.68, even though they are willing to discount continuation of service at $360 but not waive a $70.68 "system" payment. Now they will turn my account over to a collection agency at a DISCOUNT.

Absolutely disruptive solicitors. Unsolicited, they canvas my neighborhood. They come on my property, ring my doorbell and bang on the front door multiple times. As I work from home, putting dogs into a frenzy is not helpful when I am on work calls. Despite asking them to leave my property, they come back AGAIN the next day! No boundaries!
