THE MOST DREADFUL EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD RENTING A CAR!!! When I got to the counter, they threw at me that I must buy their overpriced insurance in order to rent a car from them. No car rental agency has ever demanded this, but it was late, I was tired and wanted to get to my hotel and went along with it. Then they told me to bring it back with the gas tank empty and they would fill it at 20 cents below the street price. Do not rent a car from fox rental in ft Lauderdale!! Standing here at 10pm and they told us our reservation is no good because they are out of cars. Epic failure!! You suck!
