Rented from Fox 6/21-6/27/2023 out of ***. They gave ** a white **** Wrangler that was pretty banged up. The front bumper had multiple cracks in it and the hood had severe hail damage. On our last day, we go out to open the **** and it won't open. Call customer service and explained that it probably needed a new battery and I should just go buy one. I explained to them that we were leaving that day and didn't have time to uber somewhere to get a key battery and make it to the airport. They said fine we can Uber ourselves and... read more

First **** was wonderful. Not his fault the company has 7 available windows to serve customers but only have 1-3 people working. We stood in line for nearly 3 hours to get our prepaid rental car at **************. After seeing other reviews its been a long time issue. Please think twice before going there. I will NEVER use FOX again.

My husband left his cellphone in the car rental and realized it while we were on the airport shuttle- we immediately tried to call the phone and it rang till it went to voicemail. The shuttle driver tried calling the office while we were on our way back to the car rental. In the 15 minutes it took us to get back whoever had found the phone in the car had turned it off and later wiped the phone. Horrible untrustworthy shameful employees- representing Fox.

TERRIBLE! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. They are a scam and will try to charge you a fee for smoking even if you did not! SOMEONE NEEDS TO SHUT THEM DOWN

The worst car rental company I have ever rented from. Took almost an hour to get my car. They were still cleaning it and I actually had to tell them to stop cleaning it so I could get on my way. Almost a month after my rental I received an outrageous bill for two tolls totally $3.50--my bill was for $33.50. I tried to pay the bill and the phone number does not work and the online service did not allow me to pay it either. I contacted FOX 4 different times today and the issue is still not resolved. I would leave zero if I could. I will say the counter staff was courteous and helpful, but thats the only positive thing I have to say about this company. They are basically robbing people. Their toll fee is $15 per toll you pass through. Tolls are usually between $0.50- $1.50. How can you legally charge people $15 per toll? The toll package is $12.99 per day. Honestly, I don't think Fox Rent A Car deserves 1 star, but I couldn't go any lower. I rented and paid for a Fox rental through Priceline. When I arrived at the airport, the line was long and slow. When I finally got to the counter, I was advised they did not have the size vehicle I rented. They told me I would have to wait for one to become available and they could not tell me how long that would be. They were willing to give me a cheaper vehicle than I paid for, without a credit. This car rental business is a joke, I rented a car as part of a Priceline package the car I received didn't have hubcaps had dings all over the car missing k**** inside and the maintenance light kept coming on and the radio didn't work either, when I complained they told me it was the only car they had available and when I kept complaining they gave me a $13.10 refund,what a joke I can't believe Priceline actually does business with these thieves!!
