I rented a car in Orlando. I had the nicest man, Hassan. Hassan even traded a car due to the first one smelling like cigarrette smoke. The problem is in the charges. They charged me for 28 gallons of gas, despite the tank only holds 14 gallons. I was also charged for the loss damage waiver that I did not want. You call customer service and it an hour wait and still no person to help. The tax % are calculated on ?, I do not know where they pulled these numbers from. Thanks but no thanks, I will not be using them again.

Worst car company ever. Had a rattlesnake bite and car quit accelerating while my friend was driving in an emergency. The most rude and unprofessional people. I'm gonna blast them all over socially media.

Hi. I usually don't do this but this company is actively stealing. I can't believe this is allowed to go on. I made a reservation for 10 days four months in advance. (Total $411) Mind that their website is advertised: 100% Risk Free (Everywhere)! Then, I cancelled this reservation 2 months before the due date. FOX CAR RENTAL kept my money!!! I could not believe this. I hope that they are investigated. This is truly predatory behavior from a business. So disappointing. Never again.

We are happy to offer a store credit for any cancellation which is what the Fox guarantee states on the website. All prepaid reservations are non refundable, but we are happy to extend a store credit for one year should you not be able to travel at this time. No stars!!! This company is a complete and total rip off! Dont ever ever rent from them! They were extremely unprofessional when getting a car. They said they did not have the car that I had reserved, and a similar car would cost alot more per day! When I protested they said it would be the same if they had another 4WD. I saw several right there on the lot! He said they were unavailable! Im a New Yorker and used to ********, but this was too much. I had prepaid online for a 4WD vehicle. Fox rent-a-car is a company of thieves. When renting a car I made a reservation online, upon arrival they did not have my car I reserved. They offered me another vehicle quoting me at $20 a day. When I returned the car and received my bill via email to find out not only was I misquoted (and charged $45 a day for the car) but they also charged me for 4 different insurance policies. Please do not use this company so many issues from no drop box to many many hidden fees to old dirty cars. Read the reviews before using this company.

Fox Rent-A-Car in Las Vegas, Nevada is a complete and utter joke. Upon arrival at Fox which I placed a reservation for took 3 hour to get through the line. After the long flight from Ohio the lady that rented the car out initially was very unprofessional, sitting on her phone only half paying attention to the customers and there needs. Awful customer service I was on hold for 3 hours for two times and not once they have answered. My bill was supposed to be $200+ and ended up to $300+ They have a lot of hidden fees and I do not recommend this company. I want a refund from what was supposed to be $11/day toll ($33 three days) and ended up as $90+

An absolutely awful experience with Fox Rent A Car and the aggressive and dishonest approach of their sales agents. Rented a car with them via Expedia only to be told at their Fort Lauderdale Airport location that Expedia's rates did not reflect their real prices. A three-day rental for which we paid $271.57 on Expedia ended up costing us an additional $261.12 or nearly twice their advertised rate.
