We rented a car (Ford Fusion) from Fox. It was a great car but uncomfortable for my back. I called them and they told me to just bring it back. It had been rented for 4 weeks. When I got there they just gave me a different car ( Toyota Camry) and in 5 minutes or less I was on my way. Great service!!!!!!
