I was nervous to rent here based on the low review scores, until I saw that the big name rental agencies (Hertz, Enterprise, etc.) all had about the same scores, too. I think people are just more prone to leave bad reviews than good ones with car rentals. We found our experience to be quite good with them. The only negative was that the inside of the car had been cleaned, but in a half-@$$ sort of way. All parts of the Rental process were smooth except when I was informed after rental, when I would have had very little option to find another rental place, I was informed that there were "driving zones" preventing me from going into certain states. That would have been nice to know at the time of rental and luckily it didn't impact my trip much, but a little bit heavy-handed and out of the blue if you ask me. Otherwise every element of the rental was smooth

It was a smooth experience over all. The issues I had specifically: the transport from the airport took almost 30mins to arrive for pickup, but the driver was kind and considerate. The car pick u up took awhile but the attendant that helped me was great his name was Caleb? The big issue was no washer fluid in the car. Didn’t notice until it was snowing and I was on the highway behind traffic… The price was good and I appreciated the kind man that helped me return the car with no problems!

We had a great experience with the Park City Utah fox rental car company. the check in process was fairly easy by a very sweet lady we were able to get a vehicle big enough for 5 passengers plus all our ski gear. the checkout process was great the girl was very sweet and kind I didn't even have to go into the building it was raining and snowy and the bus pulled up right where we could check out In the lane and I didn't have to go into building

I prepaid online for a compact car, and got a 2022 Toyota Corolla (Nevada plate 071S94) with 67k+ miles on it. Since their prices are lower than many other companies', I didn't think much of how many miles the car had already been driven. The interior and exterior of the car showed the usage, but again, I wasn't too upset about it. The first issue was when the rental agreement said the car had a full tank of gas, but the dash only showed a 1/4 tank.
