It was really easy to arrange everything online and when we showed up in the airport to pick up our car it went smoothly and we got just what we were looking for. Everyone that helped us along the way was really nice and easy to work with. The car worked really well and turning it back in was a breeze. We had a great experience!
All the employees were very professional and friendly from the moment we walked in to register. The wait to register in was short, the paperwork was done quickly and instructions were easy to follow. The representative was knowledgeable and friendly. Once we got to pickup the car was ready, and we were on our way in no time. The vehicle was comfortable and easy to drive. Drop off was also fast and easy. We will definitely use Fox again on any trip where renting a vehicle is needed.
The pick-up and return process was a breeze at Tampa (TPA). The car was in stupendous condition, though I booked a hybrid and there was no one available.
GOOD PRICE, EASY IN & OUT.
Took my kids to Tampa on their first plane ride, and had made reservations online prior to our trip. The whole process from getting rental and returning has been my best experience with a rental company in over 20 years. The best part was being able to pick a Jeep Wrangler which both of the kids loved, now they want a jeep! Will definitely use again
