We came to look at hot tubs. I’ve done some extensive research online and went to a few other stores. I told Ryan as we walked in…I had lots of questions. I grilled him with questions and he had answers. I’m a pretty good judge of people. I know when they are trying to tell me what I want to hear. I believe he was honest and wanted the best for me. I can't recommend Fox Valley Pool and Spa enough! As a new pool owner Ryan has been so helpful in me getting my 101 understanding of water chemistry. He provides thorough and understandable answers and I never feel like I'm being oversold on anything.
Very friendly and helpful. Had a great selection of pool hoses, many lengths! Would recommend this business hands down (over the poor service and selection at Juniper).
Ryan is my go to person for all of my above ground pool needs. I have been dealing with him numerous years prior to him opening up his own store. He does all of my pool water testing and provides supplies to solve any water quality issues.
Ryan and his team are very knowledgeable and are caring and kind. I wouldn’t buy from anyone else. Ever.
