The customer service at this location was awesome and of course the food was good! The manager anticipated my needs and it was greatly appreciated.
I think we have no problems b/c we order simple (1 lrg with pepperoni) and pick up. Over the phone or online - always great service and food at NFB location.

All I see Is all these negative reviews... I order from francos 2 to 3 times a month and I have always had great service ... they messed up my order once and gave me a credit for the two subs they made incorrectly...... food is always amazing! A++++
