I have worked with Frank before and the experience was terrific so when it came time to buy a new home, I would literally have not gone to anyone else. This transaction was even better than the first. We found a house we loved with multiple offers and to make our offer stronger, we wanted to get a pre-approval done quickly. Frank literally worked on it for us on a Sunday afternoon and got it all handled. That is absolutely amazing to me. The rest of the process was smooth and easy.

We were introduced to Frank by our real estate agent after getting some bad advice from another lender. Wow! What a difference! Frank is extremely professional and right on top of everything! We are first time home buyers and Frank and his assistant Tara were so helpful in guiding us through this new process. Frank was awesome to work with! As a first time buyer, with my father co-signing from another state, Frank and his processor Summer, answered all my questions, even repeated questions, numerous times, and very thoroughly. They both were available at all times of the day to keep the process moving and get me into my home. Frank is very positive and encouraging and helped me to understand the whole process for which I am forever grateful! I highly recommend!
