The refinancing process was handled professionally & efficiently. Everything was done online(though I am not a computer savvy person), the system used was easy to navigate, very user friendly. I work night shift thus communication can be challenging but Frank was always gracious enough to answer my queries even past office hours not to mention he replies quickly. He’s also respectful of my time because he would send a text inquiring if it’s a good time to call. Made some referrals already!:)
