Frank DelPesce & team were extremely helpful in processing the loan and close on time during the Thanksgiving weekend. We got a minor hiccup with the down payment one day before closing, Frank was helpful in quickly resolving the issue and provide us with the loan approval letter on time. Processing fee/application fee is a bit more than other lenders/banks.
Frank answers his phone. Even on off hours and always have viable information on hand! He also took a deal that was lifeless and closed me in less than a month. I appreciate his hard work and dedication.
