Frank was exceptional, knowledgeable and ALWAYS answered my calls. Where he failed was the cash out, my home value increased an additional $25,000, which was more than enough. Secondly, i didn't get the month of no payment before the new loan started. WORST of all, my loan was sold to another lender. I was expecting to make a payment to Mutual of Omaha. One week before the due date i was notified of the change of lender. The possibility of making a late payment did not sit well with me and my wife!!!
