I’m not sure much could’ve done about the length of time it took to settle, but that’s my main issue. 4 months just seemed like forever. There was some confusion around documentation needed and we ended up resending some items twice, but ultimately we’re glad we did the refi and our interactions with you and your staff were always pleasant
