I believe Mr Young did everything in his power to assist me in this home buying loan process. The main thing I have issues with is all the requests for documents especially some of the requests that were redundant. The ease and timeliness of using electronic document sharing is good for most but a lot of us folks who don't deal with the these types of transactions as part of our day to day lives.... ran out of characters.... had to erase...why ask me for a survey if you don't want my explanati

I felt Frank was sarcastic at times, not understanding of issues I was having on work computer other times, and just pushy until he got the answers he wanted, whether I was driving, with students, or hosting a party. Overall, Frank was professional in getting the job done and getting me into my home. For that , I'm grateful! Did Frank do what he needed to do to complete the job in a prompt manner. Yes!
