Caesar and Willie were amazing! I was concerned because I didn’t get a call ahead of time to let me know when to expect them, but they were so thoughtful and efficient that I soon forgot about that. Great guys! They made my day, and the carpet looks beautiful.
Randy was the person who installed the carpet in 3 bedrooms. He did an outstanding job! He was conscientious, precise, kind & polite. Randy is a gem.
Did a great job the Carpet looks great
Very professional and considerate employees. We received a confirmation call the day prior, the staff member was professional and answered our questions. The attention to detail is very important to me and obviously from the work quality it is to them also. They arrived when expected and upon completion cleaned the work area, rooms, etc. The employees ensured the wife was happy with the manner, direction, etc of the flooring. I would highly recommend this company and their staff.
The guys were courteous, knew what they were doing, and did a great job.
It was a big job, but, they got it done in 12 hours.
Very professional when measurements were taken and suggestions on transition pieces needed. Carpet layer was nice and did a good job. Sliced our cable with no mention and left carpet but not the padding that should have been left as well. All in all good job just a few issues that could have gone better with some communication as well as padding brought back that should have been left with the carpet.
Had a problem with the baseboard in the living room being too high. The installer said carpet would leave a space at the wall. A the owner Chuck came out and lowered baseboard. When I asked what I owed he said nothing great service beyond what I expected. Would recommend them and use them again
We were extremely pleased with the service, the workmanship, and the people that we dealt with. They are honest and reasonably priced. I highly recommend Frankful Flooring.
