The best cleaning I’ve had in a long time. I loved the atmosphere and the dental care I received.
Five stars tells you how my technician did. She was attentive, polite, and obviously very good at what she does. I would hope that a person of this caliber would qualify for a pay raise.
This was my very first visit. I was impressed with the service and friendliness of the staff, as well as the cleanliness, which is always important to me — but especially due to CoVid. I especially liked Dr Franklin-Pitts and look forward to great care there.
Did great, but took longer than what I was told!
Having a dental emergency and being new to the area, I just googled a dentist and picked Franklin Dental. I could not have been happier. I now have a great dentist in Tyler. Everyone there was so helpful and friendly and Competent. Great decision.
Very friendly and polite personnel . I had sent all my information but for some reason it was not there and the personnel was so patient with me getting it done.
Great very professional but comfortabel
I felt like my comfort was a priority. They were kind and gentle and very professional. The dentist listened to my concerns and answered my questions.
The facility was clean. The front office workers were professional, and seemed to be competent and confident in their jobs. The hygienist was skilled and patient. The dentist was very helpful in her inspection of of teeth to see if I had any issues with my teeth and gums. Above all, I was happy to see that the workers and customers wore masks.
