The staff was very professional and friendly! The hygienist was very professional, friendly and gentle. The dentist was very professional, friendly and took time out of her busy schedule to talk to me. I would highly recommend Franklin Dental.

When I parked in back due to no available parking in front I was met by a man asking why I was parking in back and why was I there upon explaining he suggested that I could have parked in handicap I explained I not handicapped Made me uncomfortable made me feel due to being over 60 I am considered handicap? Also office has policy to call when arrive for they have auto locks on doors? Again kinda scary to be locked in ? Unfortunately this dentist couldn't get a partial to fit right after several attempts, so when asking for a refund I'm told it would only be half that would be refunded. What? After many months trying to get it right, missed time at work, bleeding gums, I'm only getting half back? Spoke with dentist after returning my partial last Friday, at first unwilling to refund in full, finally agreeing to a full refund. Unprofessional, canceled my appointment the day before and didn't have anymore appointments till a month out. All because of a simple oversight they could have had fixed before my appointment. Don't recommend because of lack of professionalism. Only giving one star because I had to choose something.

If you are in search of a new dental practice, I would strongly advise against considering this one. I was in need of a dental clinic in close proximity to my workplace and this particular establishment was both highly rated and conveniently located. I proceeded to schedule an appointment, however, upon my arrival, I was met with a sign instructing me to call a specific number for check-in.
