From the front desk to the receptionist, everyone was awesome. There was no wait time and I appreciated the hygienist not trying to convince of treatments I didn’t need. My mouth felt so good, I didn’t want to eat.😂 First time in years my teeth felt like they had been cleaned. I’m not sure of the hygienist name. I was in Tyler office and my appt was at 4 on 5/1/2023

My experience was great from welcoming me in the door all the way to the back where work was done on my mouth and even the explanation of my on going treatment process

The staff and Dr are the most friendly group!! The office is very clean and has new equipment. Dr Potts has a great chair side manner - loved her!!! Pricing is competitive and fair. We are looking forward to working with this fantastic team!!
