We have come to American family funding a few times and they never let us down. They make things so simple. Fred always does what it takes to make it work.
I usually do not take time to write reviews but I can't say enough about Fred and what he was able to do for us. We were just about to give up on our purchase after being in escrow for over 45 days and hitting road block after road block. Our house and piece of property proved to be an obstacle to lend on due to a few things. Fred took our loan over and knew what the issues were, closed in about two weeks with a interest rate that was far less than we were able to get else where on the type of loan needed for this property. ... read more
