Fred is very knowledgeable, courteous, and trustworthy. I knew that by working with Fred, we were going to get the best refinance options available.
The whole process was pretty simple. Everything was done via computer except the final signing of docs. Fred was patient and helpful with all of our questions and requests for different loan scenarios. All in all a smooth transaction!
